Can 12 year olds go into The internet cafe in Norwegian spirit?

So me and my family are going on The NCL spirit in August, I was wondering, If you go to deck 12, There is an Internet Cafe, can 12 year olds go in there?

Internet on a cruise ship is around 75 cents per minute but you can buy packages of time to bring the cost lower such as 100 minutes for $50.  It is not cheap.

It makes better sense to wait until you get into a port and go to an Internet cafe where you can usually get rates of no more than 10 cents per minute.

NCl Spirit is cool, home just weeks from my cruise on it. Yes your 12 yr old can use the internet cafe. Like everyone said it's not free but they do offer packages. If you have any questions about the Spirit you can send them my way, cuz like I said I just got home 2 weeks ago from the NCL Spirit, and getting ready to plan my next one.
