Can 14 year old work at a summer day-care during the summer??

Question

I'm 14 and i really love working with kids. I plan on doing something that involves them when i get older. Anyways, I was wondering if any daycare places [ for the summer] would hire someone that is 14 to help out [ i wouldn’t want to be the only one there just help out and get some experience] And does anyone know of any summer day-care in Prince Edward Island [ Canada ] that would need help like that?

Look at day-camps. Most of them need Counselors in training or CITs and next year you can be a counselor. I think CITs get paid + tips but it varies. Look around and ask. Or search on the internet.

sorry buddy, don't know canada i live in LA. u might wanna search the web for that kinda stuff, i've heard of a ton of those day care thingies for different ages so u just gotta search it.
