  1. Absolutely.  Many even have youth categories for ages as low as 7 years old.  Visit the USA Triathlon website and you will see the restrictions (if any) for the specific event you are registering for as it will vary by event.


  2. yes.. i did a triathlon when i was 14. and try googling triathlons in your state. There are tons of websites!
