Can 18 year olds go through hormone imbalance?

i have regular periods but could i have it? and what are the symptoms?

yes they can. Im 19, with regular periods but my doctor told me that my testosterone levels are too high.

(when you have high testosterone levels, you usually have really bad acne, and alot of hair in places women shouldnt have)

Sure, I think I have an imbalance as well and when I have PMT/PMS I go crazy like I am now. It's awful!  I have to take Prozac 40mg this time of the month and I also need a punching bag lol
