Can 2 small broken capacitors on the back of my xbox 360's cpu be the cause of my rrod?

my xbox 360 had the rrod with the error code 0102 so i did the x clamp fix and still had the rrod now with the error code of 0021..i looked on the back of the 360 and discovered there are two very small capacitors that are broken off and missing on the back of the cpu..all of the other components look ok...could this be the cause of my rrod?
