yes they can you will have to lift the car a few inches and cut some of the fender to allow the rims to fit and u may have to do install some new shocks from to keep the car from being too stiff or bouncing all over the place, it will run u about 400 to 1000 dollars depending on which shop u go to. you also will have to have a low profile tire. hope this helps.
