Can't Download Anything on Steam?

From steam, I can't download anything like demos. I would click the link, but nothing would happen.

To read the flv videos, I suggest you MPlayer :

That version of MPlayer is special because it's PORTABLE. It means that you don't need to slow down your computer with a new installation.. To sum up, you just need to download it and then to click on it to use it ! (You can even take it with you in your usb key ;)
