Can't I get Admission before payment?

Question

I have applied in so many universities across the globe but all I get is the same result. They tell me to pay application fee and admssion fee before a letter of admission will be offer to me.

Can't they send me admission letter before payment. Cos my Dad need to see the admission letter before he can release money for payment.

Where can get these type of admission? Let someone help me out.

Absolutely nobody is going to offer you a place before you've paid their application fee! You and your Dad need to open your eyes and face reality. The system doesn't work like that. If you have to pay to apply, then you have to pay to apply.

No college or university can issue a letter of admission for you until the school has been paid.  You pay application fees to cover the cost of processing the application.  If they send you an offer of acceptance, you must confirm you are accepting their offer and pay the tuition and fees by the deadline or the offer is rescinded and the place goes to someone else.

No one is going to "help you out."  If you get an offer of acceptance, pay up before the deadline if you want to take that space and get admitted.  If you cannot understand something as simple as this, perhaps you had better not contemplate a college education.  It may require more intellectual capacity than you can muster.

Everyone has to pay application fee's to be considered...unless you have fall under the low income bracket
