Can't I go to "Full Screen" mode in Launchcast Plus?

Question

I'm running Windows XP & can't view any music videos in Full Screen, but they play in regular view. I press the Full Screen button, a message comes up that says"you are now entering Full Screen...", and that's it. It never goes full screen.

Known Y! problem.  I think the fix date is February 31, 2008.
