  5. If you really cant connect to the internet, then you are screwed.  All I can say is to use recovery CDs/software to restore your computer.  The virus is deep in your system now that internet explorer AND firefox is disabled.  Those popups are fake and is simply more spyware.

I had this virus when I was still a beginner with computers, and once it gets to your internet, you are just left to recover and restore your system, especially if you don't have any antivirus currently available.  This virus happens to disable safe mode as well, so it makes it even harder to clean your PC.

When you are on the internet on a fixed computer in the future, ALWAYS make sure that you immediately close ANY popups that claim to be giving you a free antivirus, ignore them and always use a trusted software, such as Avast.

  6. Ya this is a spyware, but not dangerous.

It's dangerous only in the sense that no antivirus detects or at least delete it.

It's easy, I got this Spyware two times and I am mentioning the procredure to remove it, no download required

    i) open run and type           msconfig           and press enter

ii) go to startup tab and you will find "setup 1021" or something similar to that at the bottom of the list.

iii) just deselect it and Save changes by clicking on apply

    iv) restart your computer

    v) after restarting, computer will prompt a warning that you should  select it again or so, just neglect it and select never show this warning again

vi) it's done, you computer is back on track, and ya del this file now.
