Can't access Fatal Frame II unlocked bonus content on Xbox?

I beat the game and it said I unlocked a bunch of stuff, but nothing is changed... I don't know how to access any of it

After finishing the game, you'll be given an option to save it. When you do, it'll say "Clear Data". Just load that file and go to "Story Mode" and you'll be able to change difficulty setting, costume, etc.
