Can't access yahoo groups?

Question

Can't access yahoo groups. I seem to be able to access yahoo groups from my pc at a different location, but not my home pc. I have disabled my firewall, cleared my cache, and deleted cookies, but I still get the following error:

this is a computer issue- do a search on

res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/

I had this happen earlier this year. It was found that I had picked up a virus called "CoolWeb".  My son was able to go in and get rid of the infected files. If you don't have someone to help you with this, you could take it to BestBuy or other computer store and have them run a virus check to clean it.
