i've done this before successfully with other phones/carriers, but everytime i select my phone in step 3, the now i keep going back to the step 2 'Create Alerts on Your Mobile Device' prompting the 'Please enter a 10-digit phone number' even though the information is CORRECTLY entered. i just can't seem to move on to step 4. has anyone seen this happening?
