Can't add a picture to a post in my wordpress blog?

Question

I tried downloading a picture to a post in my wordpress blog. The picture downloads to the gallery but when I try to add it to the post, the screen goes white and freezes as is. Nothing happens. How do I download a picture there?

maybe more than one error occurring, if screen goes blank, may be computer ram or related element not functioning,

try emptying browser cache and cookie, clean up temp folder(s) and trash bin

suggest running scandisk error check, analyze with deframenter,

also update for flash player and java ,

Don't use the 'add media' option. Instead use the 'img' option in the HTM tab where you write new posts.

It will open a window where it asks you to enter the url. enter your uploaded image url (gallery)

If you want this to be a link then select this code that wp inserts and then click 'link' button in the same place where you found the 'img' button and enter the url of the link.
