I had a dream today...and I was running away from something..But all I could see was the grass and some of the grass missing so you could see the sand/dirt in between the grass spots...so I looked back and then kept running....I could then feel myself controling it...like if I wanted to run faster i would run hella fast....so that's what I did as in that moment I STARTED to feel tired of ''controlling it'' so I let go and then I could see darkness...JUST DARKNESS...like a fade of darkness as the image video of me running slower of letting go was turning into darkness...then I could feel like my lilbrother was rightnext to me in the room..but I knew he was at school...but I kept believing withmy heart he was there..I COULDN'T BREATHE NOR MOVE...I tried using everything in my body to just move IT DID NOT WORK....

I just really am scared..I love That I can control the dreams but NOT MOVING NOR BREATHING...is not worth it.

  1. Our dreams tell us a lot about ourselves. You have to listen and try to understand the dream, not control it. Dreams help us work out our life issues as well.

Not being able to move or breath is the "inbetween". Between sleep and wake. it wont happen very often, if ever again.

  2. This is known as "sleep paralysis" it's common for people to experience it once or twice in their lifetime, usually in early twenties.  If it happens frequently then you might want to seek help, but it's not likely to happen again.

  3. I had that as well, it is called sleep paralysis. It happens when you're in between waking up and being asleep. In order for you NOT to act out your dreams your brain paralyzes your body, and when you're trying to wake up  but still paralyzed it can seem like you cant breathe or move. When it happened to me it felt like something was sitting on my chest not allowing me to move or breathe. Scared me half to death, but you're fine.
