program lasts for a month but only gives me one high school credit, accommodation is in a hotel, and theres lots of sight-seeing and a lil' recreational activivities on the side

program lasts for 3 months, it gives me 6 high school credits, but I would have to live with a host-family and there is not that much ''tourist-things-to-do like sight-seeing and recreational activities" instead u volunteer/work more (its Co-op basically)

I can't choose between A and B..HELP

I am also behind in my credits thats why I'm leaning towards B more, but A sounds more funner, since its gonna be in a hotel and all...

  1. I'd go with choice B. I believe that you need to live somewhere like the people do in order to absorb the culture. that should be the reason to go in the firstplace, to learn about other cultures and that c**p. but if you live with a family youll see first hand what its like to like there, and im sure if youre there 6 months youll have the time to sightsee on the weekends, plus the family will most likely know the best spots and times to go

  2. Hmm, interesting dilemma. What grade are you in? I would totally go for the second one. A host family will totally submerse you into the culture and you will still probably find tons of stuff to do. Plus it's longer, meaning you'll get a lot out of it. And 6 highschool credits is great! The fact that you get to work there as well, will look great to colleges.

I'd totally go with the second choice, it's all-over the best choice!

Hope you have an amazing time!!
