Can't download without paying?

That's what I wanna do. I wanna put a certain file on my website, but I don't want it to be downloaded unless the person has paid me through PayPal. How can I do it?

How many people are you talking about? Like 10 people, or thousands of people?

Only a few people: Set up your paypal checking account, and have the person pay you. You can then send them a link to your video, or to be more secure, send them a one-time-only password that lets them download the file.

Lots: Same idea, only more coding. You don't want to email 1000 ppl with a new password, so set up a password generator that works once the client has paid you through paypal. Each password is generated on the fly, and lets the user download the file once.
