Can't enable flash on psp?

Question

I have an internet connection and when I went to settings/system settings, I couldn't find the option to enable flash. Where can I find this? I have custom firmware 4.01 m33-2. It doesn't appear on the system settings list like I already said so please don't give an answer telling me to go to system settings because it isn't there.

hold the psp on/off switch for like 10 seconds till it goes off, then hold the R button while u switch on the psp then it should take u to "recovery mode" then go to registry hacks and from there u can enable wma playback and Flash player but dont mess about with any thing from recovery mode
