Can't enter habbo hotel on firefox browser???

Question

everytime i go on habbo hotel and click on "enter habbo hotel" the window comes up...it says "loading" and then the screen just turns black and at the very top it says habbo/how many people are logged in/close window - i don't know what to do, i've tried it on IE and for some reason it crashes it...for firefox i have the latest java/adobe shockwave/adobe flash player.. what can be causing this?? and how can i get into habbo hotel .

Clean out cache in fire and IE , ( ccleaner is good for that) Uninstall shock wave ,then reinstall. I've had the same prob too..Now try it. Hope it helps ^^
