I on the other hand has vowed never to eat anything with eyes!

    so check this out alright!

tofu ,hamas, potato broccoli and beans!

remember to season properly and you'll be fine

now  you must eat as many fruits and possible - alright and drink water

this shall hold you for a while also quite easy on the pocket!

  4. My sis is a vegetarian and none of us were.

So you can do what she did! If your mom cooks meals, make sure she separates your part before adding meat. Also to get the nutrition of meat, you should eat tofu. To me it doesn't taste so good, but my sister loves it! you can grill it, fry it, toast it and even eat it row! Also, tell your parents to buy more vaggies, tell them it's health for them to! About snaking, there are loads of healthy chips with good salsas and dips. Also, soups are good too! and the best part of being a vegetarian is that all the food is easy to cook!

So there you have it!, Hope i helped!

  14. i know its a struggle to find food if you a vegan. i face the same difficulty sometimes. well you can tell your mom to buy vegetables which is not expensive. you can boil the vegies and put some dressing on it, it taste yummy. specially boiled brocolly and bean and potato with salt and pepper. you can also try lentils and rice. thats yummy!! so try to get some recepies online or buy a book for vegans and try to cook or ask your mom to prepare it for you. all the best

  15. Have you thought about cooking for yourself? Have you talked about your desire to be vegetarian to your mom? It seems as if the problem isn't with your mom, but you expressing your commitment to being vegetarian and a solution to the problem. Go with her shopping and pick out what you'd like to eat. Asian foods usually can be cooked meatless as well as some pasta. For example: spinach mushroom lasagna, zuccini stir fry, eggplant cutlets, etc.

    Good luck.
