  1. Oh dear... go to cnet and see what they suggest.

    http://www.cnet.com/

  2. If you cant find it there then try doing this; open Start menu> open Search. In the address bar choose local disc C by clicking the down arrow. Choose Program Files> then look for the Norton folder> right click it and Delete. Empty the Recycle Bin.

  3. Norton Removal Tool-  http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsg...

(choose your version of norton and download the tool)

  4. Norton is also called Symantic - have a look for that name.

  5. EASY! FOLLOW THESE STEPS!

NOTE:BEFORE YOU PROCEED YOU NEED TO SHUT DOWN NORTON SECURITY

    1.GO TO THE START MENU

    2.GO IN MY COMPUTER

    3.THEN GO IN LOCAL DISK

4.IN LOCAL DISK OPEN THE FOLDER WHICH READS-"PROGRAM FILES'

5.IN PROGRAM FILES LOOK FOR THE FOLDER NAMED norton security

6.WHEN YOU FIND IT DELETE THE ENTIRE FOLDER

NOTE:IF THE FOLDER REFUSES TO DELETE THEN OPEN THE FOLDER THE MANUALLY DELETE EVERY SINGLE THING ONE BY ONE!

  6. If the norton came with the computer, it's usually its own section in the control panel. If it's not there, try going into add/remove program and click on add/remove windows components, but I don't think it will in there, but you can try :)

  7. http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsg...

  8. You can use Norton removal tool that will available from Norton's official website

  9. have you tried going to start. all programmes, if it is there click on it ,a list will drop down, uninstall should be there. good luck
