One item listed below is a news article.  And just list things you can and can't take with you on the plane.

The 2nd one is an official U.S. government site of the TSA and has links for some of what you want to know.

The 3rd is a link to a memo of official government travel for travel paid by private sources.  This document is if you are a member Congress or an Agency of the U.S. Government and are taking a trip not paid by Government expense account.

honestly since that job partains to one of the members of the cabinent which are appointed by the president it may be very hard to find. though very big ones would be able to be found .....hopefully
