Can't find the option of adding moderators in yahoo group?

I've checked the answers to adding moderators in yahoo group, followed the instruction to the edit membership, but I can't find such option of add moderator! what other option do I have to add moderator?

if you have followed these instructions, the add moderator will be a large blue tab mid way down the page- if you do not see that tab, then you are a moderator without the privilege of adding moderators.

From the list on the left, click Members and locate the member on the Members page.

Click Edit Membership.

A little way down, click Change to Moderator.

Click on the Make Moderator button to confirm.
