  1. http://www.annualcreditreport.com will give your credit report without you giving a credit card number.  It will give you a maximum of three free reports per year, one each from Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax.

The sites that ask for a credit card number usually enroll you in a service with a one month "free" trial.  When the trial ends, your credit card will be charged every month for the rest of your life (or longer) for this "service", unless you are able to cancel.  Never give a credit card number when trying to obtain your credit report.

  2. try this site: www.creditscore.pro

  3. annualcreditreport.com is the government approved site where you have the right to one free credit report a year from each of the three agencies.  I suggest you check one agency at a time in turn every four months.  If you are looking for your credit score, you can pay a small fee to obtain that too.

  4. You're entitled to a free credit report from each of the three agencies (Equifax, Experian, Transunion) once a year. You can get your free reports at AnnualCreditReport.com; it's the official website.

I personally suggest staggering them so you're never unsure of what your credit is like. It turns out well if you, for example, check one in January, the second in June, and the third in December.

TransUnion offers a free 30-day trial in which you have full access to your credit report. Even though you have to provide your credit card number, if you cancel within 30-days they do not charge you.

  5. You have to pay for it.................no way around it!

  6. AnnualCreditReport.com is the site mandated by the FTC to allow online access to your free annual credit reports from all three credit bureaus.  It is the only site that doesn't require you to sign up for monitoring services.

Reports are free but you have to pay for scores.  If you want your score, go to MyFico.com.  You get real up-to-date FICO and not fako.
