Can't get flickr website. Please help?

click on your link, then click on the create your account and get a screen name and follow the prompts to sign on to his account. If you mean that your computer isn't letting you bring up the site, check your pop-up blocker settings and see if it's blocking the site, that usually shows up as a white line along the top of the screen saying it's blocking it, all you need to do is click on it and then click on the allow box.
