  1. This is a ccs v3.0 problem.

When using Sis graphics card you have to download the original Sis driver from taiwan and not from uk, germany or any other mirrors, only taiwan-drivers are updated regularly.

  2. It looks like your pc does not support 3D or is not ready for it sorry.

  3. well judging from the specs i would say its pretty old so the video card is probably the main source of the problem but i can't say for sure that upgrading it will completely solve all issues.

  4. It is posible that you dont have enough CPU power and Video CPU power.

If its a new game. Your Graphics adaptor should support. Pixel Shader which some of the new games needed for your graphics adaptor to support. Even if you have DX9c installled.

  5. How new is the game? with 512mb RAM these days is barely enough to run windows. If its a new game, your graphic card may not have the power to run it. But that depends on the game. If its a new game that came out recently, unless you have a video card with about 256 or 512 memory on it (Not the ram of the computer) the game will not run and you will get directx errors. I was getting DirectX errors on a few game and went out and bought a video card with 512 memory on it and works fine.

However getting a new video card may not solve the problem. As old as your computer reads, probably going to have to upgrade it or buy a new one, depending if the motherboard or processor has been upgrade recently. Otherwise i probably look into a new computer instead of just a video card.

  6. I would guess that your videocard is either integrated or very old, and is unable to run newer games.

Go to control panel->preformance and maintainance->see basic info about computer->hardware tab->device manager->display adaptor

This will tell you your video card. You can look online for info on how advanced of a game it will run. Judging from the other info that you gave, i would suspect that it is too old and you will need a new video card/computer to run new games.
