Can't get individual e-mail from my group.?

Hi all,

I've tried to change how I receive e-mail from one of my groups. I would prefer to have individual e-mails but every time I try to change my preferences to individual e-mails it sets it to the default of no e-mail when I click on save. The best I can get is the daily digest.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

silly question, but also be sure when changing settings that you also click save changes.

are you the owner or a member? sometimes a moderator or owner will reset mail preferences, they have the ability to do this. the actual default when you join a group is individual mail, if you don't check a different preference, individual mail is what it'll be.

of course there could be a glitch that needs reporting
