Can't get page options to work. Husbands page has a tick to change options, I don't. Page is all white?

You've missed off some pretty essential information from your question,  so it is impossible to answer.

Page options for what software?  Everything on your computer will have page options,  so we cannot give you an answer without more details.

Try the tools option if you have one? or possibly the View option depending on what you want to change?
