Can't get "insert address'" to come up?

When trying to forward and email I hit the "insert address" and all it will do is "bleep" and nothing comes up. Any suggestions?

The bleeping may be your popup blocker.  When you hit the Insert Address link, a new window opens with your address book and three columns of check boxes for you to select who receives your email.  If you're using IE, you can usually click on the little warning near the top of the window and either temporarily or permanently allow popups from Yahoo Mail.
