Can't get rid of cellulite?

hi,

i've been working out 4 - 5 days a week by lifting weights and doing cardio for 20 minutes....i'm 5'8 and 116 lbs...i eat right and excerise the area (legs) that i hate twice a week...but here is the thing...it looks like my cellulite is getting WORSE....so i wanted to know if anyone knows why this is happening or is it all just in my head!??!?!....does fat get worse BEFORE it gets better?

  1. It might look that cellulite is getting worse just to you :) it actually gets better if you work on it :)

    You have to:

    - avoid fast food and sodas

    - massage your problem areas

    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

    - use a contrast shower

    - go for some body wrapping procedures.

    Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

    I used to have pretty bad cellulite which only got worse after I get pregnant. I had it mostly around my inner thighs and bottom and a bit on my tummy as well. I tried eating more healthy food and did a  lot of exercise as well which friends and family members recommended but my skin was still lumpy and floppy. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed to have got rid of her cellulite by using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked pretty well.   6. Cellulite actually has to do with the connective tissue in the skin. Try these moves: Stand with a band around foot (or no band) and kick 15 times to the front, 15 to the side, and 15 to the back. Switch legs and do the other one. Do this three times per leg. Every other night before bed I stand on a chair, kick back 15 times with one leg. The do 15 lunges on that leg with the none lunging leg up on the couch. With the same leg I lay on my back, cross my leg I wasn't using over the working one and press up 15 pulses. Then do 15 squats on the working leg. Repeat for the other leg. Works wonders!! Cut back on your diet, eliminate pop, drink a TON of water and be patient. This will take a couple months of hard work.

  7. If you are 5'8 and 116 you are probably already thin and need to tone.  Is it all in your legs and butt?

    I would say do pilates... with a lot of legs.  Squats, lunges, anything that works the lower half if that is where the problem is.  You may just be prone to it because of heredity.  good luck!

  9. You may need some extra help in the form of cellulite creams or even home remedies to reduce signs of cellulite. Exercise seems to be of no help in your condition.

  10. Your lifting weights way way to often. Your building muscle, bet your eating lots more too. Your like running in a circle. Eat less more often. Coffee is fattening, yet is the first fats you burn before any others. Hence any other fat is not getting burned off

    Hence your not really loosing the fat cells, which is exactly what cellulite is. Read books, read some exercise books,  and then read some more.

    NO fat does not get worse. You are putting more calories in then you are burning. Power walking is the best for loosing weight.

    You doing weights on your legs, you should not be if you want to slim them.

  11. Drink green tea everyday and drink chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort.

    Drink chamomile tea whenever you have bloating.

    Drink grapefruit juice, orange juice, raspberry juice and fruit juices without any sodium benzoate, fine filtered skim milk ( drink two glasses after each work out to build lean, firm, solid, healthy, well toned muscles fast ) and plenty of filtered water.
