Can't get to sleep ! ?

please someone help. its nearly the end of summer and i will be going back to school. in the holidays ive been going to sleep really late evan if i go to bed early i won't go to sleep and i have to have the tv on or i would kill my self with boardem

  1. Keep lights dimmed at night at least 1 hr before bed.

    Exersize a little during that hr... you know, log on to Playlist.com, you'll find somthing to jig to.

    throw on your ear buds or headset while your in bed and listen to classical or electronica, something thats instrumental. (without lyrics)

    It'll get your mind off everything; it may even bore you to sleep. :)


  2. You need to tire yourself out early on. Bore yourself to sleep with a book. Better yet, drink some bedtime tea. They usually have it in the supermarkets.. literally labeled "bed time tea."

    or better yet, exercise.  

  3. put your tv on the weather channel.  Trust me, you will be able to sleep
