Can't hear any dial tones and not able to make calls on all phones in our house(connected to Verizon service)

Question

We're connected to the Verizon service, the cable and the internet works well but something's wrong with our phone lines. First of all, we can't hear any dial tone and we can't make calls. All the phones have this problem in the house. What can we do? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

if this a land line phone  get ur corded telephone and takeit outside too the greybox on side of the house  and plugit into interface box(usaually a phoneplug in the box  must open it )  if the phone works then its in the wiring    if it dont u need too call the phone company its on their part of the line
