Can't hear sound when trying to play music videos. sound is fine when i play my music though. SUGGESTIONS????

If you see the video but get no sound, then look at the player controls (under the video area).  You may have mute checked (x by the speaker icon) or the volume level set too low. Note that these levels are independent of your regular system levels, so you could be listening to something on Itunes or YMJ just fine but still not hear the video.
