Can't import songs, new CD?

Question

Okay, I rarely ever buy a CD, but today I bought a Edguy CD, and when I open it, all the songs come up as 44bytes, and when I import to iTunes (It asks me), the first song uploads until 1:20 and imports fine, and the other songs fly through and don't work. I can't even PLAY any of the songs on this computer besides the first one until 1:20, but the disk worked fine in my car. wtf?

Try windows media player then rip to hard drive and have I tunes convert to ACC
