Can't install install .cab or extract .zip files on Windows Mobile 6?

Question

Hi guys, I just bought my new AT&T Tilt. But when I try to install a cab file, this is what happens:

1. I go to the site (freewarepocketpc.net), and try to download HTc Home Plugin from my Tilt

2. I save it to My Documents

3. I try to run it, but it says it says it is either damaged, corrupt, or incomplete. The same happens when I try to unzip a zip file

Do you think it could be something to do with the Zip program found on my phone? Thanks

if its a zip file ,well the way i usually install zip files to my ppc w/windows mobile 6 is you open it up on your desk top(home pc)  then extract the .cab file and then install the cab to your device , other wise the cab youve downloaded could be a corrupt file like it says ..also ..try ppc geeks.com theyve helped me tons ..hope that helps ..
