Can't play Sims 2 Freetime disk? How can I fix this?

I burned it to a disk from my other computer. It installed fine but when I try to play the game it says "insert disk". I already have the disk in.

The orig anal disk should always be inserted, that is the only way it will work.

go to gamecopyworld.com and get a fixed.exe

make a back up of the original .exe and replace it with the fixed.exe in the c:/programfiles/blahblahblah

ok? do i know it work? yes i know because i am playing free time right now without having to put a CD yes no CD is required. I didn't even buy the game (SHHH I 'pirated' the game) JUST JOKING WHO PIRATE GAMES/SONGS these days? NO ONE!!!

u probably put in a cd code thats already in use. try googling sims 2 key code, but be careful, some do nothin but install virus. it should be legal since u already own the game. or u can get a no cd crack.

well i always need the original disk, because you need the actual cd to get it to work. for some reason it knows when you have copied it and when you actually have the cd.
