Can't play uploaded videos from camera?

I have a Samsung NV3 and i can upload pictures to my computer just fine. However when i upload the videos it says they can't be played. I can play the sample videos on my computer though. And when i clicked out of the upload screen and looked at my videos folder again the video files were gone. Does anyone know what I can do to make the videos work???

You need to use Digimax Converter software bundled with your camera to convert your video into asf files to be able to play them on your camera.
