Question:

Can't "get content," "change appearance," or "more options."?

After I enter "my.yahoo.com, when I try to use the tabs, the URL changes to cm.my.yahoo.com/# and " #" seems to block the tabs. Also, can't open "more options" or "quick links." I'm using Windows XP, Firefox, and updated to the latest Java. I'd welcome any suggestions.

I find this new home page very distracting and frustrating. May have to switch to Google or something else.

Thanks.

  1. I am having the same problems. Nothing about this Yahoo works in Firefox.  I am going to move to Google. This is unusable.

  2. I'm running WIN 2000 PRO and IE6.  It doesn't work for me either.

It appears to be a script error on their part, at least on my computer...

    Line: 11

    Character: 4282

    Error: Expected '}'

    Code: 0

    URL: http://cm.my.yahoo.com/

On rare occasion I can use the tabs but am never able to add content, other than by using RSS feeds with Yahoo buttons.

They'll get it straightened out eventually.  There are just too many people having trouble.

  3. This sucks. Not only do the new colors look like c**p, but the content I used to have is no longer available. I've used this site as my home page for years because of THAT content. Now, most of it is gone and the layout change sucks ***.  It was okay when you could switch back, but this forced change blows. Thanks a lot Yahoo... you are morons!
