Can't see pictures or attachments in a Yahoo!Group?

I am a member of a yahoo group but sometimes people put pictures or charts in their messages but I cannot see them, all I see is a box with 'attachment' inside, its not even an address I can copy and paste. Is there any setting I need to change to be able to see these?

if you're on no mail and reading off the group, to see these you need individual mail.

if this is happening within your own e-mail, you'd need to check your own mail settings
