I have the opposite problem that most woman have after having a baby. Before I was pregnant I was 110lbs. I went up to 165 and now my son is 19 months old I am down to 99lbs. I have been trying for the past year to get up to at least 106 so that I am within a healthy weight. I have tried weight gainers, increasing my calories, working out to gain muscle, and I even got tested to see if I had a problem with my thyroid. Can anybody give me any other suggestions? I just don't feel good about myself anymore. I feel like I have the body of a 12 year old. I just want to feel more womanly again.

  1. try loading up on carbs, good carbs though, like whole grain bread, some extra cheese or nuts or croutons on salads, or nuts in oatmeal, eat late at night, your biggest meal should be your dinner which should be eaten atleast past 8, or right before bed, if not in bed, with some dessert, that would be best. sumo wresselers gain their weight by eating a big dinner, then going straight to bed

  2. well maybe you can try eating a lot but not eating the wrong foods! Like maybe bread it has carbs but still good for you!

    hope this helps!
