They are on their second season they have been changed before but this time they seem to have fused in. I've tried the spike tool and pliers, Is there any way to get them to release?

  1. leave them in jk ummm..... get a rench

  2. spray to bottom of the cleats with WD-40 then us vice grip pliers to lock down on the spikes. You have ran through water or got the spikes wet and dirt and rust have set in.

  3. This has happened to me before too.

My dad somehow smoothed down the tops of the spikes (using a sander maybe, im not sure) and made a groove that a screwdriver would fit in. Then he just used the screwdriver to get the spikes out.

    Good luck!
