I removed my SD card from my HTC Mogul pocket pc the cleared my phone to default now I can't start the programs I had installed on my SD card or pictures.

  1. You need the original .cab files for the programs and reinstall them. They will leave a signature on the phones registry, when you reset your phone you deleted the others.
