for the past 2 days i've been eating cottage cheese and plums for meals, not because i was trying to, but i ate it before tennis as a snack and then i got hooked on to it.

i can't stop eating it and literally i eat a cup and half of cottage and cheese with 2 plums for each meal.

it's like a habit i can't break.

will the cravings stop?(and no, i am not pregnant, i'm only sixteen.)

and is this terribly unhealthy for me, to be eating the same thing over and over?

and will i lose a lot of weight?

because i can't afford to lose any more weight for tennis season.

great. now i'm craving cottage cheese and plums again.

  1. as long as the cottage cheese is low-fat, whats the problem? my daughter loves it too, and the dietician is all for it.

  2. Atleast you are eating a healty protien loaded snack.  Its only been 2 days.. calm down.  You will get sick of eating it at every meal.

  3. These foods are very healthy on their own, but if this is all you are eating you are certainly not getting enough calories, nor are you eating a well-balanced diet.  Throw in some veggies, whole grains, and lean meats to balance this out.  Eat the cottage cheese and plums for a snack in between meals.
