Can't stream live videos with media player 11. It says that its offline even with the work offline is not selected.

  1. That's why Windows Media Player 9 for XP SP2 rules!

    On-topic:

    Check if your program is allowed to connect to the internet by your firewall or just create a rule for it. Also check in the menu  Tools-->Player Tab if the checkbox connect to the internet is checked.
