Can't uninstall Adobe Redaer 8.1.2 from Control Panel (Vista home basic) it says: network resource unavailable.

ALSO Tried:

1- Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, downloaded but doesn't run says : ActiveX component can't create object:'Scripting.FilesSystemObject' Code:800A01AD

2- CCS Claener, same message as control panel.

  1. Simple solution

    Download system mechanic from

    http://www.iolo.com

Use Its uninstaller to force remove Adode Reader from Add/Remove Programs.Done.....

if you need an alternative of Adobe Reader, then go gor foxit reader.

    from http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intr...

  2. Try booting into Safe Mode and then go to Add/Remove programs to remove it.

It may be that the Reader plug-in is actively running when you try to uninstall it. Booting into Safe Mode should stop the process.

To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.

  3. revo uninstaller
