Can't uninstall PC-illin or People PC security pack from Acer Laptop?

Just receive this laptop from a friend and I was trying to install my own antivirus and there was PC-illin installed and mine would not install. It was not in the add/remove programs or any place else I looked. I even searched for Trendmicro, McAfee and People PC secuirty pack not in the add and remove either. Can anyone help?

Could try going to the C drive and click Progam Files and delete the PC-cillin folder.
