Can't use internet on computer?

I have a Vista computer and I can't use the internet on it but on safe mode it works fine I think its a virus but I cant find it in One Care,Ad-Aware,AVG...Need HELP...Please Help

Sounds like a driver issue... How do you connect to the internet? Is it through a router or through a usb dongle like thing? You want to download the latest drivers for your USB dongle thing (go to the manufacturers website) and/or the drivers for your network adapter. If it is built into the motherboard, get out your cd that came with it, and install the driver. Failing that, check the manufacturers website.

It could be a virus, but if AVG and adware cant find it, it might not be. Try using spybot search and destroy.
