Question:

Can't walk it's so bad! Please help?

I get unbeleivable painful cramps in my foot. I broke my ankle really badly and thats how they started. I sheered off the tip of my tibula and fibula and crushed the maleoles in my ankle and I am missing a lot of cartilige, so I'm assuming they are connected.

The cramps are so painful I can't walk! Any methods or quick remedies anyone can recommend for me? (I have one right now haha)

  1. One thing that could be helpful to you to ease some of this cramping is a special kind of insert called orthotics.  (I have a pair to help with some issues I have with my feet, one of them due to a length discrepancy because of my right leg being shorter than the left one).

Because of how bad the cramping is I would recommend a consultation with a Podiatrist (a doctor that diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders that relate to the foot and ankle) if you haven't already to see what they think could be going on.
