i would say one thing for sure that it will be helpful for you before death. Go to atemple ,probably not much crowded .sit there for 30 mins.meditate and leave all your worries . you will feel the wonder

well...your sleeping for like 9 hours and you work for 8. thats 7 hours of liesure. probably 2 hours grooming bathroom ect. thats 5. so...if you want to use 1/5th of your freetime than...sure

There is no limit to how much time we spend with God.

Thinking and talking to God in between breaks, on the walk to lunch, on the way home, relaxing on the couch...anytime is perfect time. There is no need to count or limit God to one hour.

God loves anytime that he spends with His children. Most people try to limit God to a specific time, and lose the concept that God cannot be limited.

God speaks at certain times to teach us specific things. We cannot stop God from speaking. We follow God's timing.

After all, God is God and we are not. Aren't you glad God is in control 24/7?
