I agree.  It's fun to be able to express my opinions without having to worry about about being taken the right way, or whether what I say will offend someone I have to see every day.  Everyone has an opinion about everything (even if they don't have the knowledge), and it's good to get new perspectives.  Sometimes I just cruise around reading other people's answers instead of actually doing the answering.  It's like people watching in 2-D!

I tend to jump around a lot:  I go to Answers home and click on an interesting question.  Then I check out the "you're on a roll" questions to see if anything sparks my interest.  It changes with my mood/frame of mind.  The other day I spent most of my time hopping around in Education, and today has been spent in Politics & Government.
